The double layer /two color PVC lay flat hose machine line is a new developed machine by Goldsione. It’s production by digesting and absorbing the foreign advanced technology manufacturing once shaped Lay flat hoses by the special techniques of plasticizing the PVC materials squeezed through two extruders, which uses polyester fiber as reinforcing material.
The product has a double-layer design with two different colors, The hoses produced by the line have the characteristics of good flexibility, high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, light weight, no limitation in length, which can effectively prevent water hose leaks and bacterial growth inside the hose, etc.
PVC lay flat hose production machine produce hose size from 2″ to 8″.
