Small diameter PVC suction hose mostly uses this method.
The rolling forming process of PVC suction hose is mainly used for processing large-scale PVC suction hose. It relies on the rolling forming of forming wheels in tube blanks. It can be formed by single wave rolling, and some devices can form several ripples at a time.
Mechanical bulging PVC suction hose is made by expanding the mould inside the tube blank and pressing it into ripples one by one. After preliminary forming, it is customized with internal and external bracelets. _For PVC suction hose with high wave height or special waveform, stamping welding process is usually used. When the wave height exceeds the limit, the material elongation is not allowed to adopt the integral forming process, or because of the complex waveform, the integral forming is extremely difficult. This kind of PVC suction hose is not suitable for flexible segment of expansion joint because it can not withstand internal pressure.
The process of deposition forming PVC suction hose is to deposit the PVC suction hose material on the core die by electrodeposition method, and then melt the core die. This PVC suction hose material is a very soft pure nickel metal material, and is porous, so it can withstand high vacuum and can be welded. This kind of PVC suction hose is not suitable for expansion joint flexible segment because of its high cost and limited to nickel material.
